How to post Zendesk attachments to AzureDevOps?

Please follow the below steps to post attachments from Zendesk to AzureDevOps

  1. We are displaying all the attachments from Zendesk ticket conversations.
  2. In the current version of the app, we are not allowing add new attachments directly.
  3. In order to post attachments from Zendesk to linked DevOps bug or work item you need to first add attachments to your Zendesk ticket as a private note.
  1. Once you add attachments and those attachments available in Notify and comment history icon as below screenshots.
