If you are facing Loading issue on Zendesk - Azure DevOps connector. Please follow the below steps it can be due to your browser does not have permission to store the cookies and localstorage data.

1. In chrome navigate to: chrome://settings/content

2. Then scroll to Content as shown:

2. Then select the following option or you can select Allow Cookies for particular site.
