Uploading and installing a private app in Zendesk

  1. In Admin Center, click the Apps and integrations icon () in the sidebar, then select Apps > Zendesk Support apps.
  2. Click Upload App.
  3. Enter a Name for the app (Ex: Zendesk GitLab Integration).
  4. You can download Zendesk GitLab Integration by IntegrateCloud right from the Gitlab App.
  1. Click Choose file and select the zip file for your private app.
  2. Click Save.
  3. In the pop-up box that appears, click Agree and upload this App.
  4. When prompted, click Install.
    When the process is complete, your private app appears in the list of installed apps on the My Apps page.

  1. Login to Zendesk Account.
  2. Click on Views.
  3. Open any existing Ticket.
  4. Click on Register button

  1. Authenticate with Zednesk Token and GitHub Token.
  1. After Authentication user can see the App.
